Feeling mentally exhausted or burned out has become a common problem with most people these days. Because they are working too hard. Everyone wants to climb up the career ladder and so puts in a lot of effort and time into his or her job. However When people work continuously without breaks trying to keep up with their deadlines and hectic schedules, gradually their imagination will start to dry up. Thus it can impact their creativity. Not just their professional lives, but even their personal lives will get affected. When someone spends too much time at work without taking adequate breaks, he or she is bound to feel worn out and stressed. The resulting unhappiness is bound to take a toll on their relationships. Chronic stress can cause health problems too. So everyone needs to take time off from work to rejuvenate and regain his or her focus.

A family vacation is the best way to disconnect from the outside world and just relax and bond with your family. A getaway from the usual routine life benefits a lot. Sadly it has also been seen that most people keep putting off their vacation plans for some reason or the other, but the main reason often is their work obligations. If one can forget about their professional obligations for a few days and instead go on a vacation, they will be able to remove all the stresses from their daily lives. Moreover, family vacations are a great way to improve communication and bonding with the other family members. Both me and my husband had been remaining busy with our work and so had hardly spent quality time together. Although there had been so many instances when we thought about taking a break and going on a vacation, but somehow they never materialised.

The resulting stress from our work-related problems started to show up on our relationship too. Both of us would remain irritated and seemed to be on the edge. It was then that we decided to fiorget everything else and go on a vacation together.

Last summer, me and my husband went on a trip to Malaysia and O boy, did we not have the best time of our lives? Malaysia is such an amazing country to visit, there are so many exotic places to visit, such scenic places that you will not want to return back. I made some really good memories over there during our vacation and also captured some beautiful pictures of the places we visited.
Blessed with several places of natural beauty that continue to attract tourists in droves, gorgeous beaches, mesmerizing natural wonders, if one visits Malaysia, she can never get tired of the scenic beauty, the fabulous food and the exotic islands.

Before embarking on the vacation, we researched extensively about the country on internet to collect information about the places to visit and zeroed down on some select places. We decided to start our one week trip from Kuala Lumpur. We had booked flight tickets on Malaysia Airlines through www.yatra.com to travel from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur. We had also booked our stay in a three star hotel and I must say that the people there were very courteous and friendly. They never made us feel that we were in a foreign country. Since by the time, we checked into our hotel room, it was already late in the evening and we were feeling tired after the flight journey, so we went to sleep quickly after taking our dinner. Our vacation started from the next morning in the right sense.

We started with the most popular attraction in Kuala Lumpur - the Petronas Twin Towers. The Petronas Twin Towers are regarded as one of the tallest buildings in the world and have 88 storeys. The sky bridge at the Petronas Twin Towers offers amazing views of the surroundings.

We also visited the orchid Park, the National Museum and the Sultan Abdul Samad building in Kuala Lumpur. then from Kuala Lumpur, we took the monorail service to Titiwangsa station and after getting down, we took a bus to go to the Batu Caves.

Situated in Gombak, Selangor, Batu Caves is actually a limestone hill where you will find several caves and cave temples and is a popular tourist attraction. At the entrance we find a huge statue of Hindu God Lord Shiva and after climbing some 272 steps, we could also catch a view of mesmerizing skyline of the city centre. Batus Caves is especially popular among the rock climbing enthusiasts. We also saw paintings of several other Hindu Gods inside the Ramayan Cave.

In the late afternoon, we then took a Malaysia Airlines flight to go to Penang. It hardly took fifty minutes to reach the beautiful place. Once we reached Penang, we headed straight for Georgetown. We had heard and read a lot about the place. It has got an illustrious history, anyone who visits the place is bound to fall in love with it. We visited Fort Cornwallis, Chew Jetty, Tua Pek Kong, P Ramlee House and some other places too.

We had such a wonderful time in Malaysia, there was never a dull moment in the entire period of one week and when we returned back, we were feeling so refreshed and happy. We should take such vacations regularly.

In the contemporary times, growth disorders in children is one of the biggest concerns of parents the world over. Their children mean everything to them and so every single thing - good or bad, big or small, matters to the parents. Thus it is understandable for them to be anxious if they find that their kid is not growing as fast as some of the other children of his age. That dreaded question "Is my child growing normally? Or is there any underlying health problem that's hampering his growth?" would haunt them all through the day. However for the majority of the children, their growth rate differs from that of others. Slow growth in children could be due to various reasons - it may be hereditary or it could be due to delayed skeletal development. Quite a few children are late bloomers, although initially they may not be that tall but gradually with the passage of time, they often catch up with their growth. So parents shouldn't obssess about their child's growth and height.

My son Varun too was a late bloomer. His growth was comparatively slower than that of others in his class. He was also sometimes mocked by his friends because of his height and it used to give both him and me tense moments. I would be lying if I deny that I wasn't concerned about his slow growth. As first time parents, both me and Nihal remained worried thinking about what could have been the reason. But our doctor reassured us that Varun was perfectly healthy and didn't have any health issue. However the doctor had advised us to take special care about his diet, so as to make sure that his nutritional needs were fulfilled.

One of the most common and primary reasons for a child's slow growth is inadequate nutrition. Children need to eat healthy food and in right proportions during their age of three to nine years because this period is a critical phase for their growth. It is said that children grow at their maximum pace during this period and so parents should take special care to make them eat wholesome meals containing lots of green vegetables, freshly cooked food that would contain proteins and vitamins. These nutrients are very essential for a child's growth. But then, most children are quite fussy about eating, they would not eat the greens and instead are fond of eating only the unhealthy food items. Sometimes parents find it very hard to convince their children to eat healthy. Thus their body misses out on the essential nutrients if they skip their regular meals.

Thus the need of the hour was to have some product that could fill the gap and meet the nutritional needs of the children and thus was born Horlicks Growth+. This unique health drink has been developed after a lot of research and testing by several pediatricians and nutritionists. It has been specifically devised for those children who are falling behind others of their age in growth. This advanced nutritional supplement that contains whey proteins, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin D will help in fulfilling the nutritional requirements of children in the age group of 3-9 years. It comes in two flavours - creamy Chocolate and smooth Vanilla and one can enjoy it both hot as well as cold. I am sure that children will love its taste and will gulp down a glass without a fuss. It has also been clinically proved that those children who drink Horlicks Growth+ regularly, show visible improvement in their growth in just six months! Thus parents who were worried about their child's slow growth can now heave a sigh of relief. Horlicks Growth+ can be easily bought either from a chemist shop or from an online portal.
